Provides guidance across the business on pharmacovigilance requirements and management within PMR.  Ensures GVP Module VI compliance on specific projects and working with specific clients. Maintains internal PV training.  Responsible for administration and improvement of the Adverse Event Reporting System (AERS).  Works with QMS Team to improve PV offerings across the PI business. Identifies, monitors and reports PV data from primary market research projects.  Supports the business to provide advice and guidance on  requirements and developments. Ensures compliance with client requirements including training, reporting and reconciliation.  Provides support and guidance to internal and external colleagues to minimize PV risks and ensure full compliance with GVP Module VI.  Responds to client queries, follow-up requests and customer complaints (internal and external).  Creates and ensures completion of CAPAs for issues related to PV reporting or the AERS.  Checks client PV Agreements for compliance or other issues, works closely with Legal in contract negotiations.

In addition to the skills and experience above, candidates interested in joining IQVIA will have:

Bachelor’s degree with min. 1 - 3 years of experience (pref)A strong commitment to high quality work and an interest in rapid learning and skill development.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is zł75,400.00 - zł140,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
