At PwC, our people in people operations primarily focus on managing the people lifecycle and the day-to-day operational tasks related to managing employees. This includes activities such as employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, absence management, employee record-keeping, compliance with labour laws and regulations, and managing employee inquiries and issues. These individuals enable HC processes and systems to run smoothly in order to efficiently support our workforce.

Those in HR information systems (HRIS), data and analytics at PwC will focus on enabling process optimization, automation, efficient data management, reporting and leveraging data to drive insights and make informed business decisions in the HRIS data and analytics space. Your work will involve implementing technology solutions and utilising advanced analytics techniques to streamline HC processes, enhance employee experience and support business and human resource clients to optimise operations and achieve strategic goals.

The Performance Metrics Data Analyst will support the HC department by examining data patterns, creating reports, and leveraging analytics to enhance workforce efficiency and productivity. This position will focus on collecting, interpreting, and disseminating performance data and ultimately handling Performance technologies and end to end performance related operations.  

Key Responsibilities: 

Understand and adopt performance data for strategic HC decisions. 

Develop detailed reports and dashboards using data analytics tools. 

Conduct analysis to identify trends and performance improvement opportunities. 

Collaborate with HC partners for cross-functional insights. 

Transition into HC operations for broader engagement after training. 

Qualifications: 

Bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, Human Resources, or related field. 

Experience in HC data analysis or a similar analytical role. 

Proficiency in data visualization and analytics platforms. 

Skills: 

Strong analytical and numerical skills. 

Experience with data visualization software, e.g., Power BI, Tableau. 

Understanding of HR functions and workforce data management. 

Effective communication of analytical findings with non-technical stakeholders.
