**Introduction** IBM Consulting is seeking an experienced Associate Partner to drive growth in our Platform Engineering Services for Hybrid Cloud. This role combines strategic business development with deep technical expertise to deliver innovative solutions for our clients. **Your role and responsibilities** Business Development - Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities, - Develop lasting relationships with client decision-makers based on mutual respect - Lead the creation of compelling proposals and business cases for Platform Engineering services**Technical Leadership - Design and implement Platform Engineering solutions that optimize clients' hybrid cloud environments - Leverage expertise in cloud-native architectures, DevOps, and multi-cloud strategies - Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies such as AI, ML, and IoT in cloud platforms**Practice Management - Oversee projects - Define criteria for engagement scope, risk, and profitability - Build and maintain the practice's capabilities through recruitment and skill development programs**Client Engagement - Act as a trusted advisor to clients on their hybrid cloud transformation journey - Ensure high client satisfaction through industry knowledge and ability to articulate solution value - Support the delivery of platform engineering projects as an executive thought leader **Required technical and professional expertise** '- Extensive experience in cloud computing, software development, and IT operations - Strong understanding of IBM's strategic partnerships with major cloud providers - Proven track record in sales and business development within the technology sector - Deep knowledge of platform engineering principles and best practices - Excellent communication and presentation skills IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
