Associate Partner - Maximo Asset Management Program Lead
**Introduction** Hiring manager and Recruiter should collaborate to create the relevant verbiage. **Your role and responsibilities** Responsibilities:1. Program Leadership: Lead and manage the full lifecycle of a major Maximo asset management program, from initial planning and design through to implementation, testing, and go-live. 2. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business units, IT, and vendors, to understand requirements, manage expectations, and drive successful program outcomes. 3. Solution Design and Architecture: Oversee the team doing the design and architecture of the Maximo solution to meet the client's unique business needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and standards. 4. Project Management: Oversee project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget. 5. Team Leadership and Mentoring: Lead and mentor a team of consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance. 6. Change Management: Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of the new Maximo system across the organization. 7. Training and Knowledge Transfer: Oversee the team developing and delivering training programs to equip end-users and administrators with the skills needed to effectively utilize Maximo. 8. Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions by managing testing, defect resolution, and quality control processes. 9. Vendor Management: Coordinate with any relevant vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and support. 10. Delivery Excellence: Continuously seek opportunities to improve project delivery methods, tools, and techniques. **Required technical and professional expertise** Skills:1. Proven experience in leading large-scale Maximo implementations. 2. Extensive knowledge of asset management principles, processes, and best practices. 3. Deep understanding of IBM Maximo, including its various modules and capabilities. 4. Strong project management skills, with certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 being an asset. 5. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 6.
