We are seeking a seasoned Business Process Operations Leader with a strong sales background with extensive experience in identifying new opportunities, developing C-Suite relations, contract negotiations and operations transformation. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the Canadian market, digital operations transformations and large organizations with a focus on the Business Process Services and outcome-based models.
**Your role and responsibilities**
We are seeking a seasoned Business Process Operations Leader with a strong sales background with extensive experience in identifying new opportunities, developing C-Suite relations, contract negotiations and operations transformation. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the Canadian market, digital operations transformations and large organizations with a focus on the Business Process Services and outcome-based models.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives, leveraging knowledge of emerging trends such as GenAI, Process Automation, AI, digital transformation, and productivity metrics.
2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their unique needs and how these trends can be applied to their business processes.
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
4. Collaborate with internal teams, including data scientists, engineers, process experts, and global delivery teams, to ensure seamless delivery of BPO services that leverage these emerging technologies.
5. Lead back-office transformation initiatives, driving operational excellence and process improvement.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. 10+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on BPO services and a strong understanding of emerging trends in technology and business process management.
3. Proven experience in the Canadian market, with a focus on the solution and delivery of BPO services.
4. Strong understanding of BPO solutions and their delivery, with a focus on how these solutions can be enhanced through emerging technologies and back-office transformation.
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a ability to articulate the value of these emerging trends and back office transformation initiatives to potential clients.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous learning.
7. Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
8. Experience working with global delivery teams and a deep understanding of back-office operations.
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience in a leadership role within a BPO organization, with a focus on driving innovation, adoption of emerging technologies, and back-office transformation.
2. Knowledge of IBM's product portfolio, particularly in the areas of AI, GenAI, Process Automation, and digital transformation.
3. Familiarity with productivity metrics and how they can be used to drive business value.
4. Experience leading back-office transformation initiatives, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvement.
