This position can be performed anywhere in the United States **Required technical and professional expertise** Required Professional and Technical Expertise 1. Minimum of 10 years of consulting or industry experience in HR and HR Business Applications 3. Proven track record of leading and selling and delivering complex talent transformation projects in a consulting or industry setting. 4. Strong understanding of HR business application principles including HR operating models, employee experience design. 5. Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors, Workday and ServiceNow 6. Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leaders. 7. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, as well as collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders. 8.
