**Your role and responsibilities**
1. Lead and deliver HR Business Application projects, collaborating closely with cleints to understand their unique needs and develop customized solutions to improve their HR operations leveraging best in breed technology.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on transformation initatives with broader objectives and organizational strategy.
3. Provide throught leadership and expert guidance to clients on trends, best practies and innovative solutions.
4. Mentor consultants in the practice contributing to their professional development and fostering a high-performance team culture.
5. Contribute to the development of practice content, methods and IP to enhance IBM's competitive edge.
This position can be performed anywhere in the United States
**Required technical and professional expertise**
Required Professional and Technical Expertise
1. Minimum of 10 years of consulting or industry experience in HR and HR Business Applications
3. Proven track record of leading and selling and delivering complex talent transformation projects in a consulting or industry setting.
4. Strong understanding of HR business application principles including HR operating models, employee experience design.
5. Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors, Workday and ServiceNow
6. Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leaders.
7. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, as well as collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
