Our culture of growth and empathy focuses on your long-term career development while valuing your unique skills and experiences. **Your role and responsibilities** Client Leadership & Relationship Management * Establish and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite and senior executives across key accounts. * Serve as the primary executive sponsor for strategic SAP and Distribution-focused engagements. * Act as a thought leader and advisor on digital transformation, supply chain, and GTM strategy. Business Development & Growth * Own revenue targets and drive pipeline development, deal shaping, and deal closure. * Lead GTM strategies aligned to SAP Distribution capabilities and client priorities. * Identify new market opportunities and expand existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling. Delivery Oversight & Quality Assurance * Provide executive oversight to ensure successful delivery of complex SAP and Distribution programs. * Ensure solutions deliver measurable business value and align with client transformation objectives. * Sponsor and mentor engagement leaders and senior delivery talent. Market & Talent Leadership * Contribute to regional and industry growth strategy, particularly within the Monterrey market. * Support talent development, coaching senior leaders and building a strong succession pipeline. * Represent the firm externally through client events, industry forums, and ecosystem partnerships. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Extensive experience (typically 15+ years) in consulting, technology services, or enterprise transformation roles. * Deep expertise in SAP, with a strong focus on Distribution, Supply Chain, and GTM models. * Proven track record of originating, selling, and delivering large-scale consulting engagements. * Demonstrated ability to engage credibly with C-level executives and senior decision-makers. * Strong understanding of the Mexican market; ties to Monterrey (education, prior employment, or long-term residence) are strongly preferred. * Experience leading geographically distributed teams and complex stakeholder environments. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Established professional network within Monterrey and broader Mexico region. * Experience working with multinational organizations and regional headquarters. * Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and executive presence. * Bilingual proficiency (Spanish and English).
