Associate Partner- Client Growth Leader
**Introduction** As a Business Leader, you will support IBM’s consistent growth by bringing to the table your business development, sales, account management, and delivery skills. **Your role and responsibilities** This role is responsible for business development of strategic and transformational deals in IBM consulting services and solutions in GCG. He/She should advocate IBM consulting strategy, promote IBM consulting solutions to the market and clients, identify corresponding opportunities in both short term and long term, and close deals by orchestrating capabilities from various solution teams. On the top of C-level client relationship management, experienced consultative selling skill is expected. **Required technical and professional expertise** · 10 years or above top-notch seller with strong consulting sales experience in a prestigious consulting/IT services. Proven ability to originate and close large and transformative deals (US$ 5-10M+). · Proven ability to build and nurture client relationships at various levels, especially at the C-suite and Board level. · Solid IT Consulting work experience, ITO, BPO, AMS related big deal is preferred. · Seasoned executive with the gravitas to effectively engage senior client stakeholders. · Strong influencing and leadership skills reflected by the ability to work effectively across a variety of internal and external stakeholders. · Expert level understanding of a set of industry, with strong business acumen. · Demonstrated expertise in developing large scale technology-enabled business transformation program roadmaps with supporting business cases. · Highly developed verbal and written communication skills, including capability to develop and deliver high quality presentations. · Operates as a true strategic business partner driving innovation and pioneering new business opportunities. · Demonstrates resilience, perseverance, learning mindset, tolerance to ambiguity and a drive to win despite challenges. · Prior industry/strategy consulting experience will be an advantage. **Preferred technical and professional experience** Communication skills - both verbal and written Build trust in relationships with speed Work with C-level stakeholders Self-starter Innovative Team leadership IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
