Business Operations - Business Development leader. Lead large BPO deals by incubating, designing, executing deals and help with transition.
**Your role and responsibilities**
As an Associate Partner in IBM's BPO - Financial Services Client Team (FSCT) - Finance & Procurement BPO, you'll:
* Manage key client relationships, understanding business needs and aligning IBM solutions.
* Lead solution development and innovation efforts, proposing new ideas to enhance IBM's service offerings.
* Ensure high-quality service delivery, managing risks and driving process improvements.
* Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to expand IBM's BPO services in the financial sector.
* Mentor team members, fostering a collaborative environment, and encouraging knowledge sharing.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute joint go-to-market strategies.
*This Job can be performed from anywhere in the US.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
Full Lifecyle BPO expertise
* Minimum 10 years of experience in finance/procurement operations, with 5 years in a leadership role within a BPO or professional services environment.
* Proven record in client relationship management, solution development, and business growth in the financial services sector.
* Deep understanding of finance and procurement processes and best practices.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex issues into actionable strategies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing at all levels of the organization.
* Self-motivated and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience using CRM and project management tools.
