Job Qualifications

You’re a great fit for this role if you:

Have experience in an International Voice Process (mandatory)

Hold a Bachelor’s degree

Can join immediately

Have 1–2 years of experience (insurance domain experience preferred)

Demonstrate clear, professional communication skills—both written and verbal

Are highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Are flexible to work in 24/7 rotational shifts
