**What you will do**
Endoscopy is seeking internal talent for the position of Associate Operations Manager (Onsite). In this key leadership role, you will help drive operational excellence within our regulated manufacturing environment. You’ll lead and empower your team through continuous improvement initiatives, identifying process enhancements, removing barriers, and ensuring the right resources are in place to maximize performance. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely across functions to streamline workflows, all while maintaining the highest standards of quality, customer service, and cost efficiency. With a strong emphasis on developing talent and fostering a culture of accountability and innovation, you will play an essential role in building a high-performing, agile operation positioned for long-term success.
+ Ensure operational compliance with all regulatory standards (FDA, ISO, EH&S, etc.) while continuously enhancing GMP practices and upholding the Quality Management System.
+ Drive a culture of accountability and high performance by setting clear KPIs and empowering teams to deliver consistent, measurable results across key business metrics.
+ Establish a vision for operational excellence, setting strategic direction and holding teams accountable for targets in product quality, customer satisfaction, cost control, labor efficiency, and yield.
+ Partner with planning and supply chain teams to align production schedules with customer demand, ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery and inventory optimization.
+ Lead continuous improvement efforts through Lean tools, Kaizen events, and data-driven initiatives to boost capacity, reduce waste, enhance quality, and maximize space utilization.
+ Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, championing employee engagement, open communication, and career development within a high-performing Value Stream. Daily Gemba walks on the floor are essential to this role
+ Develop and manage annual budgets, including headcount planning, operational expenses, and capital investments, while ensuring optimal P&L performance.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally to support the seamless launch of new products and processes—ensuring compliance, efficiency, and long-term success from development through full-scale production.
**What you need**
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, operations, business, or a related field
+ 6 years of relevant work experience in operations, logistics or manufacturing
+ Leadership experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or operations environment
+ Supervisory or team lead experience
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ PMP Certification
+ APICS Certification
+ Master’s degree
+ Experience driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC) metrics
+ Demonstrated knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement tools
130,700 - 215,300 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors
