**Description and Requirements**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Design, deploy, and maintain **Windows Server** environments on AWS.
+ Manage **Active Directory** , **Group Policies** , **DNS** , and **DHCP** in a hybrid cloud/on-prem environment.
+ Perform **system patching, backups** , and routine maintenance tasks.
+ Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to Windows servers and cloud resources.
+ Implement and maintain **EC2** , **VPC** , **IAM** , **CloudWatch** , and other AWS core services.
+ Develop and maintain **PowerShell scripts** for automation of routine tasks.
+ Ensure system and data security by adhering to best practices and compliance requirements.
+ Collaborate with cloud architects, developers, and security teams on infrastructure projects.
+ Document system configurations, operational procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
**Required Skills & Experience:**
+ 2+ years of experience in **Windows system administration** , preferably in an enterprise environment.
+ 1+ years of hands-on experience with **AWS Cloud** infrastructure.
+ Strong knowledge of **Windows Server 2016/2019/2022** , **Active Directory** , and **PowerShell** .
+ Experience with **AWS services** : EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, CloudWatch, Systems Manager, and CloudTrail.
+ Understanding of **cloud networking** , **security groups** , **route tables** , and **load balancers** .
+ Familiarity with **infrastructure as code** (Terraform, AWS CloudFormation) is a plus.
+ Knowledge of **ITIL practices** , change management, and incident management.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ **AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate** or **SysOps Administrator** .
+ Experience with **hybrid environments** and **migration projects** to AWS.
+ Exposure to **DevOps tools** (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible, Git).
+ Familiarity with **monitoring** and **logging tools** (e.g., Datadog, Splunk).
**Soft Skills:**
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
+ Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
+ Willingness to participate in on-call support rotation as needed.
