Key Responsibilities:

Design, deploy, and maintain Windows Server environments on AWS.Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, and DHCP in a hybrid cloud/on-prem environment.Perform system patching, backups, and routine maintenance tasks.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to Windows servers and cloud resources.Implement and maintain EC2, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, and other AWS core services.Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation of routine tasks.Ensure system and data security by adhering to best practices and compliance requirements.Collaborate with cloud architects, developers, and security teams on infrastructure projects.Document system configurations, operational procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

Required Skills & Experience:

2+ years of experience in Windows system administration, preferably in an enterprise environment.1+ years of hands-on experience with AWS Cloud infrastructure.Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, Active Directory, and PowerShell.Experience with AWS services: EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, CloudWatch, Systems Manager, and CloudTrail.Understanding of cloud networking, security groups, route tables, and load balancers.Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Terraform, AWS CloudFormation) is a plus.Knowledge of ITIL practices, change management, and incident management.

Preferred Qualifications:

AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or SysOps Administrator.Experience with hybrid environments and migration projects to AWS.Exposure to DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible, Git).Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Datadog, Splunk).

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.Willingness to participate in on-call support rotation as needed.
