Associate - Operations (Hybrid)

Were seeking an Associate of Operations to join our settlements team. You will have the opportunity to support the operation functions for our top tier clients. Responsibilities: + BDC Clearance & Settlements (Treasuries, Agencies, Mortgages) + Fail to Deliver, Fail to Receive, COD/COR, Cash Trades, SEG Movements + Repo/reverse and Sponsored Repo via DLR + IMPACT open items resolutions for 15c3, DKs, Reversals + FICC/GSD/MBSD/GCF activities + Process pair-offs as required + Stock & Cash breaks reconciliation + Monitor daylight overdrafts and escalate as necessary + Fail control including both cash and securities fails + Establish and modify BNY settlement exception flags + Process GSCC and BNY settlements including processing Fed Wires, drawdowns, repayments and end of-day funding + Process/notify GSCC Margin requirements and facilitate settlements + Manually instruct/process DMEs across depository movements in Euroclear Wire processing Qualifications: + 1+ years of Fed Settlements experience + Bachelor's degree/equivalent experience + A driven individual who is looking for self and process improvement + A willing learner who is open to new ideas and concepts + Ability to meet and deliver positive work on strict deadlines + Ability to strengthen bonds and communicate effectively and clearly with both colleagues and clients + Self-motivated individual who wants to push themselves towards excellence + A responsible and reliable person personally and professionally + ICI, BDC, RTTM, BPS and iMatch experience as a benefit + Knowledge and Experience with IMPACT, BONY, and Accessedge Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $32.00/hr - $36.00/hr.
