Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Associate Operations Coordinator to join our team in Des Plaines, Illinois. In this long-term contract role, you will play a vital part in ensuring operational efficiency by managing various office functions, supporting customer service efforts, and contributing to business growth initiatives. This position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities while adhering to company policies.
Responsibilities:
• Manage daily office functions, including scheduling appointments and handling invoices.
• Ensure quality and accuracy in shipping processes and operational procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support training initiatives to enhance team performance and adherence to company policies.
• Execute tasks efficiently while prioritizing workload and meeting deadlines.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suites to prepare reports, track data, and maintain records.
• Collaborate with teams to implement innovative solutions and drive business growth.
• Adhere to standard operation procedures and discrimination laws in all processes.
• Load and manage data to support operational needs and maintain compliance with the Affirmative Action Plan.
• Coordinate call center activities to ensure consistent and effective customer communication. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service and office administration.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to execute tasks with attention to detail and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with standard operation procedures and company policies.
• Knowledge of shipping functions and quality control processes.
• Understanding of discrimination laws and Affirmative Action Plans.
