Job Description
As an Associate Operations Coordinator, you will focus on executing tasks with quality and efficiency according to office and company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Your role will involve providing shipment information, creating orders, activating shipments, building and assigning loads, scheduling appointments, tracking and tracing shipments, entering events, and invoicing. You will monitor task boards and assigned email accounts to respond to customer and carrier requests and document events, utilizing knowledge gained through SOPs and experience.
ResponsibilitiesExecute tasks with quality and efficiency according to office and company policies and SOPs.Provide shipment information and create orders.Activate shipments and build loads.Assign loads and schedule appointments.Track and trace shipments, enter events, and invoice.Monitor task boards and assigned email accounts to respond to customer and carrier requests.Document events utilizing knowledge gained through SOPs and experience.Follow defined escalation procedures and training when required.Validate and ensure the accuracy of load data in systems according to customer standards.Follow through on customer or carrier requests to ensure satisfaction.Escalate questions or requests when necessary.Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to team and/or country-specific requirements.Essential SkillsAbility to use a computer efficiently.1 year of office, restaurant, or operations experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsOpen to any background except fast food or production.Work Environment
The position requires one week of in-office training and monthly office visits. The regular shift is from 4 PM to 12 AM, with weekend shifts available from 8 AM to 4 PM or 12 PM to 7 PM. Employees will have two days off per week, although these days will be workdays.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
