Our Offerings team based in Athens is looking for an Associate Manager who will work close to Global Offering Managers, Sales and R&D to innovate existing offerings and develop new ML based services to be possibly leveraged at global level.

She/he plays a fundamental role in supporting business growth by analyzing different/ new datasets, allowing the company to develop new offerings which match client’s real needs and to accelerate Global Offering team’s time to market.

The candidate will be responsible for:

Management of offering innovation, from customer needs analysis to business case definition and approval steps managementMaintaining the quality and market relevance of the offering by managing its lifecycleInvolvement of production, innovation, and development functions for the production of offering enhancementsManagement of relationships with Global Offering functions for strategy alignmentAlignment with other company functions (Analytics and PMR) for the development of offering synergiesSupport in defining product communication guidelines in collaboration with Sales and Marketing & CommunicationCoordination with Client Services and Sales teams and all necessary functions based on business needsEnsuring customer engagement, communication, and relationship managementThorough understanding of product features and benefits for clients.Expand the database of suppliers through targeted collaborationsSupport the team in commercial activities / customer caring with a specific focus on data & insightsBusiness development of targeted offeringsIdentifying growth opportunities and strategic development

Qualifications:

Master's Degree or PhD in Quantitative Analysis, Economics, Statistics (STEM) or relevant field3-years relevant data analytics experience in Corporate or Consulting companiesPharmaceutical experience/knowledge will be considered a plusRequested programming skills (e.g. R, Python, SAS)Communication skills and commercial attitudeFluent in Greek and English (speaking and writing)Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and client
