Associate OEC Manager
**Job Weighting% Main Responsibilities** 40% As Compliance BP, provide advice, solutions, and review support for divisions' routine transactions, projects, and activities. 25% Conduct divisional monitoring programs, perform data analytics, and support corrective actions. 20% Based on various audiences' needs, develop and deliver tailored education and training. 15% Participate in Global/local goals and projects in implementing cross-country, multi-division, or cross-functional initiatives. **Major Responsibilities/Activities:** + Provide compliance guidance and practical solutions to supported divisions in China and Hong Kong (the “Divisions”), engaging directly with mid-level management, support functions, and first-line sales teams. + Analyze compliance data and develop dashboards to monitor the Divisions’ activities, assess risks, identify trends, and recommend best practices. + Support key compliance initiatives and reviews in collaboration with divisional leadership and cross-functional teams, including management meetings, audits, and review committees. + Design and deliver tailored OEC training programs to strenthen compliance awareness and capability. + Contribute to global and local projects, supporting cross-country, multi-division, and cross-functional initiatives. **REQUIREMENTS:** + **Industry experience** **s** : + Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in compliance programs or related roles. + Proven track record of working in-house at healthcare MNCs or managing healthcare projects at professional firms. + Sound knowledge and understanding of compliance frameworks, initiatives, and practices within the healthcare industry; experience in IVD or medical devices sectors is preferred. + **Position experiences:** + Prior experience with or exposure to Legal, Compliance, Internal Controls, and Audit functions. + Hands-on experience in compliance BP, monitoring, training, audit, or investigations. + **Language** **Skills** **:** + Fluent in English and Chinese, both spoken and written. + Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex compliance concepts clearly and effectively. + **Computer** **Skills:** + Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. + Comfortable with basic data analysis tools; experience with Power BI is a strong advantage + **Mobili** **ty:** + Based in Shanghai. + Willing to travel occasionally, up to 10% (mostly within China). + **Certificate** **Required:** + Bachelor's or above degree required.
