Insert det Key Responsibilities: Establish Strategic Direction for NPI Programs: Define and execute the strategic roadmap for New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives that support the objectives of the JR Hip and Knee business unit. Collaborate with leadership at the Stryker Anngrove site and post-processing facilities to ensure NPI goals are seamlessly aligned with overarching business strategies. Drive NPI Launch Excellence: Lead initiatives to ensure successful NPI launches by partnering closely with the operations team at Anngrove. Focus on aligning strategic priorities to deliver efficient, high-quality NPI processes that meet both regulatory and market demands. Governance and Performance Oversight: Develop and implement governance frameworks to monitor NPI program performance. Leverage data-driven insights to evaluate program success, promote continuous improvement, and drive operational efficiency through effective cross-functional partnerships. Provide Strategic Leadership and Problem Solving: Offer guidance and leadership to the team, particularly in complex or challenging situations. Effectively remove obstacles, allocate resources, and work across functions to support issue resolution and drive project progress. Advance Technology Integration and Process Improvement: Lead the integration of advanced additive manufacturing and other innovative technologies into JR NPI programs. Foster a culture of continuous improvement through initiatives that streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and achieve cost savings. Team Leadership and Development: Manage and mentor team members to deliver on program goals aligned with strategic objectives. Promote a learning culture, guiding professional development to strengthen skills that support the team and Advanced Operations. Budget Management and Resource Allocation: Oversee the preparation, review, and management of annual budgets, expenses, capital and covering headcount and ensuring resources are strategically allocated to meet project requirements efficiently. Minimum Qualifications (Required): Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical or project management roles within industries such as medical device, automotive, or aerospace. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, influencing, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and align diverse teams and stakeholders effectively. Leadership & Project Management: Proven leadership and project management expertise, particularly in new product introduction within a regulated environment. Demonstrated ability to drive results through effective leadership. Adaptability & Team Orientation: Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic, results-driven, team-based environment. Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical, logical, and strategic thinking skills to navigate complex technical challenges and drive innovative solutions. Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in GD&T, process mapping, statistical methods, and process/product validation is highly beneficial. Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Project, with excellent attention to detail in all deliverables.
