Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Materials Management Analyst (Level 2) to join our dynamic team in Mesa, Arizona.

Position Responsibilities:

Assists in coordinating and scheduling on time delivery of parts and commodities by following established schedules and proceduresAssists with audits and other forms of analysis of information from multiple sources to determine accuracy relative to delivery schedules, inventories levels, requirements, etc.Assists with reconciliation of discrepancies in information to mitigate or minimize disruptions in the supply chainMaintains and updates information systems that distribute materials management information to required recipientsCoordinates the flow of limited materials management related information between and among internal and external recipientsInterprets information to identify problems and supply chain trends or patternsSuggests potential solutions to resolve problems of limited scope affecting the supply chainReleases order to fabrication or assembly organizations to initiate manufacture of productsWorks under general supervision

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position is for 1st shift.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Experience with the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and ProjectMore than 1 year of experience supporting Operations, Materials Management and/or Supply Chain functions in a production environmentMore than 1 year of experience with MRP (Material Requirements Planning)Ability to lift, push and pull up to 35 pounds frequently within an 8 hour shift

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

More than 1 year of experience with NCR (Non-Conformance Records)Experience supporting the GOLD/GOLDesp product and user base

Typical Education/Experience:

Typically 3 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Relocation:

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $62,050 - $76,650
