Amazon EU is committed to helping sellers grow their businesses and reach millions of customers across Europe. The New Seller Recruitment team focuses on expanding the Amazon seller base through data-driven marketing, optimized content, and innovative acquisition strategies.
We are looking for a highly motivated Associate Marketing Manager to support website SX enhancement initiatives, new feature rollouts, and design improvements across EU seller recruitment sites. This role combines UX understanding, content management, analysis and stakeholder collaboration to create intuitive, high-performing experiences for sellers. You will partner with product, design, and marketing teams to translate business goals into impactful on-site experiences. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), Figma, and AI-assisted content or design tools will be essential to succeed.
Your experience in website, design, and content management field and handling related tools will play an important role.
Key job responsibilities
• Lead and execute website enhancement projects across EU marketplaces, ensuring alignment with business and UX goals.
• Manage new feature rollouts — from concept to implementation — collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, and Design teams.
• Use CMS platforms and AI-driven tools to streamline page creation, testing, and updates.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to create prototypes, refine wireframes, ensure faster content generation and localization, and design optimization.
• Analyze website performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion) to identify areas for improvement and perform A/B tests
• Manage stakeholder requests and coordinate timelines to ensure smooth deployment of new site features or design updates.
• Ensure all website updates meet accessibility, localization, and brand consistency standards.
A day in the life
You’ll begin your day reviewing stakeholder inputs and upcoming feature rollouts across EU seller websites. You’ll use CMS platforms and Figma to design, test, and publish updates — applying AI-powered tools to optimize layouts, personalize experiences, and drive conversion.
You’ll spend time collaborating with marketing teams to refine user journeys, conduct A/B tests, and gather data-driven insights. Your day may also include preparing design briefs, documenting improvements, and ensuring accessibility and localization standards are met.

As the EU 3P Seller Marketing team, we drive awareness and consideration in every trustworthy Seller to help them successfully start their selling journey on Amazon. We also operate as a center of marketing excellence providing expertise and consultancy to 10+ 3P teams in search, social, website, content, budgeting and research verticals.
We focus on continuously improving seller-facing websites through content enhancements, design updates, and feature innovations that make it easier for prospective sellers to join and succeed on Amazon.
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce, start ups, advertising, commercial
- Experience using data visualization tools
- Experience working with global cross-functional teams
- Master's degree
