Amazon EU is committed to helping sellers grow their businesses and reach millions of customers across Europe. The New Seller Recruitment team focuses on expanding the Amazon seller base through data-driven marketing, optimized content, and innovative acquisition strategies.
We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Marketing manager to help drive new seller recruitment across all EU marketplaces. In this role, you will manage paid search initiatives that attract high-quality seller leads, optimize traffic to key acquisition pages, and improve conversion rates. You will leverage AI-powered insights, data, and experimentation to identify scalable opportunities and optimize performance across markets.
This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about performance
marketing and digital optimization in the age of AI innovations. Your experience in digital advertising, performance marketing and familiarity with SEM tools will play an important role.
Key job responsibilities
1. Own and optimize performance marketing including paid ads across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant platforms using data and AI-driven automation tools.
2. Develop and execute paid search strategies enhanced by AI driven insights, trends, and content recommendations.
3. Analyze performance metrics, develop actionable insights, and apply machine learning-based tools for campaign optimization.
4. Experiment with AI tools for keyword optimizations, audience targeting, copy testing and ad creative generation.
5. Manage budgets, monitor pacing, and ensure efficient delivery toward business goals. Ensure adherence to business goals and timelines.
6. Stay up to date with the latest trends in SEM competitor tactics, and AI/platform innovations to inform strategy.
A day in the life
You’ll start your day by reviewing performance metrics across EU marketplaces — analyzing campaign data, keyword trends, and sign-up conversions. You’ll identify optimization opportunities, test AI-powered automation models, and collaborate with cross-functional marketing and analytics teams to refine paid and organic strategies.
Your afternoons may include working with EU team to align traffic initiatives with marketplace goals, running A/B tests on ad copy or landing pages, and sharing actionable insights in weekly business reviews.

The New Seller Recruitment team focuses on expanding the Amazon seller base through data-driven marketing, optimized content, and innovative acquisition strategies. As the EU 3P Seller Marketing team, we drive awareness and consideration in every trustworthy Seller to help them successfully start their selling journey on Amazon. We also operate as a center of marketing excellence providing expertise and consultancy to 10+ 3P teams in search, social, website, content, budgeting and research verticals.
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce, start ups, advertising, commercial
- Experience using data visualization tools
- Experience working with global cross-functional teams
- Master's degree
