Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for an Associate Product Marketing Manager to join our MedTech Orthopaedics (JJMTO) team supporting our Trauma, Extremities, Spine & Craniomaxillofacial businesses. This position is located at our Markham, Ontario, Canada office location.
**Key Responsibilities:**
You are responsible for successfully driving key business performance, including:
+ Strategically assessing marketing and promotional plans to ensure product launch excellence with timely execution including capital and event planning.
+ Coordinate development of market assessments for our products, technologies and solutions in collaboration with the Health Economic Market Access team and Medical Affairs.
+ Understand and uncover customer and patient insights to drive relevant and actionable strategic plans through customer engagement events.
+ Develop and implement core brand marketing strategies (4Ps) including digital and social media marketing and raising brand awareness with approved marketing collateral through a multi-channel content strategy plan.
+ Support Product Managers on RFP, capital expenditure & business planning cycles while analyzing opportunities for profitable growth through financial analysis.
+ Lead partnership and coordination with internal collaborators, including sales, regulatory, finance, supply chain, demand planning, HCC, professional education, commercial education, global digital and strategic marketing teams to effectively execute against plan.
+ Work with Product Managers, Strategic Account Managers and sales team to target and connect with key customer accounts to understand product lifecycle management and coordinate updates, uploads and discontinuations of codes, bills of materials, asset management, supply & demand management for forecasting and cannibalization, pricing and contract reviews.
**Qualifications**
**Education:**
+ A university degree is required. An MBA is an asset.
**Experience and Skills:**
+ Minimum of 3 years relevant business experience (i.e, marketing, sales, and/or business development) is required.
+ Medical Device or Orthopaedic industry knowledge in the Canadian Healthcare environment is preferred.
**Other:**
+ Bilingual French & English is an asset.
+ Strong collaboration and teaming skills with a variety of different cross-functional areas, and ability to influence multiple team members.
+ Ability to be proactive and self-directed and able to lead multiple projects, prioritize tasks, provide creative solutions to complexity, implement those solutions efficiently and effectively with a high degree of organization and follow through.
+ Outstanding communication skills (written) and be comfortable presenting (verbal) in front of small and large groups.
+ This position is located in Markham, Ontario and may require up to 20% of business travel.
