Marketing Associate- Masterbrand
Position Overview

The Global Brand Activation team oversees all Corporate Brand Marketing efforts, media and sports and influencers marketing and creates mass media and targeted campaigns centered around patients’ needs and insights.
Lilly is staffing for an Associate of Marketing- Masterbrand who will be responsible for the campaign execution, implementation and measurement of Lilly’s Above Brand campaigns’ tactics.
Key responsabilities will include:
Implementation of tactics of Lilly’s Masterbrand campaigns across multiple channels and markets.Lead the execution of the key tactics (website, social, OOH, print) of the creative process and preparation of creative assets for Sr. Leadership review.Lead key tactics Veeva process and ensure timelines and goals are met. Coordinate efforts for a timely measurement read out and recommend optimizations of channel implementation.An ideal candidate has prior experience in campaign development and execution and proven prior in-market results. This person can quickly build trust and rapport, as well as partner across cross-functional teams, externally and internally, to successfully build a consumer campaigns. This position will work closely with our Partnerships and activation Team, especially as it relates to talent management and influencers selection.
Responsibilities:
Leadership: take the lead in ensuring cross-functional members and peers of the team are informed and aligned on campaign tactics; ultimately responsible for execution of campaign tactics Creative Development: Work with external creative agency to create and deliver a key campaign tactics and launch grids and execution. Collaboration: Work closely with external agency/partnership partners and internal cross functional partners including Media, Social Media, Privacy, Legal and Regulatory, to deliver campaign tactics in a compliant manner. Need to have ability to work within and lead within an IAT agency model. Asset Management: Partner closely with teams on campaign development and deliverables keeping track of campaign assets and associated activation elements. Responsible for assets approval and compliance. Responsible for delivery of tactics. Media Activation: Coordinate launch grids with media team and agencies. Data Driven: Partner closely with Advanced Analytics and Market Research teams on frameworks, metrics, learning agendas, and the operationalizing deliverables across partnership marketing and provide recommendations to optimize channel performance based on data. Agency Management: Day-to-day contact for campaign tactics. Build relationship with agency leads to accomplish customer focused strategy and tactics. Risk Management: Ensure compliance with marketing guidelines, policies, and procedures. Maintain good practices across Privacy, IT, Analytics, Legal and Regulatory. Accountable for Veeva compliance of assets. Financial Management: Instill flawless fundamentals into budget management. Responsible for compliant budget tracking.
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of a bachelor's degreeProfessional with 2+ years in marketing and/or entertainment marketing partnerships, sponsorships, creative, and/or marketing/media.Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$57,750 - $129,800Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
