Job Description Summary

               

The Associate Marketing Analyst supports customer and product marketing initiatives across Lamb Weston’s direct salesforce, independent distributors, and corporate account distributors. This role is responsible for developing sales tools, enabling field teams, supporting food show activations, and managing distribution marketing calendars and rebate programs. The Analyst serves as a key liaison between sales, marketing, and external partners, ensuring alignment with sales goals and strategic priorities.

Job Description

Develop and maintain sales tools and resources for the direct salesforce and distributor partners, including sell sheets, point-of-sale materials, training content, and templates.Support product launches, innovation campaigns, and promotional initiatives in collaboration with internal sales teams and distributor partners.Act as the primary communication link between field teams and marketing, ensuring timely distribution of marketing materials and coordination of internal trainings.Lead the standardization and implementation of food show best practices, including booth materials, backdrops, giveaways, and vendor management.Manage distribution marketing calendars and align promotional timelines with broader Foodservice marketing initiatives.Oversee rebate programs, including setup, submission review, reporting, and vendor coordination.Maintain internal communication platforms such as Chatter and Tater Talk calendars to ensure consistent messaging across teams.Participate in IFDA meetings and contribute to the development of creative assets and presentation materials.

Basic & Preferred Qualifications

Education/ Certifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or other related subject preferred.

Skills and Experience:

Recent graduate or 0 – 2 years related experience in marketing requiredPassion for marketing and designStrong organizational and project management skillsAbility to manage multiple activities and ensure accuracy of all workTeam player capable of working across the organizationStrong communication and collaboration skillsKnowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPointAbility to travel independently up to 10%

A candidate’s work location could also impact the actual compensation being outside of the range to reflect local cost of labor. A reasonable annual estimate of the range for this role based on the variables previously mentioned is: $57,430.00 - $86,140.00
