Job Description
Join our team as an Associate Manufacturing Process Technician, where you will engage in moderately complex to complex processes following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). You will play a critical role in the inspection and packaging of product-filled vials, ensuring compliance with procedures and batch records.
ResponsibilitiesPerform inspection and packaging of product-filled vials according to procedures and batch records.Maintain routine upkeep and cleaning of equipment.Set up and operate manufacturing equipment efficiently.Assist or participate in other manufacturing operations, such as filling support activities.Support internal operations, including stocking items, tracking inventory, and managing material movement.Recognize and report equipment malfunctions and make necessary adjustments.Train new Manufacturing Process Technicians on routine tasks.Reconcile components and products and calculate product exposure to room temperature.Essential SkillsExperience in filling and finishing manufacturing, preferably with vial inspection.Understanding of measurements, calculations, and the metric system.Basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED.Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.Reliable work history and flexibility with work hours.Prior packaging experience in a regulated setting is a significant advantage.Computer literacy skills.Commitment to continuous learning and self-motivation.Effectiveness in collaborative team environments.Experience in machine operations and pharmaceuticals is a plus.Work Environment
Work in a large, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility as part of a larger team. The role involves working onsite in a 12-hour rotation shift from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM.

This is a Contract position based out of New Albany, Ohio.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
