JAssociate Manufacturing Process Technician

Under limited supervision, the Associate Manufacturing Process Technician performs equipment setup, operation, and troubleshooting to meet all standards for safety, quality, and efficiency. The technician maintains machine uptime, clears faults and stoppages on automated equipment, and performs basic routine manufacturing process operations including dispensing raw materials, material reconciliation, line clearance, basic analytics, and recording transactions. The role also involves assisting in the review of documentation for assigned areas, training on manufacturing tasks and equipment use, using human-machine interfaces to identify alarms and correct line stoppages, ensuring components and products are available for continuous operation, conducting equipment inspections, and generating emergency corrective or preventative work orders.

ResponsibilitiesPerform equipment setup, operation, and troubleshooting to meet standards for safety, quality, and efficiency.Maintain machine uptime and clear stoppages on automated equipment.Conduct basic routine manufacturing operations such as dispensing raw materials and material reconciliation.Assist in reviewing documentation for assigned areas like procedures, job plans, logs, and batch records.Serve as a training resource on manufacturing tasks and equipment use.Use human-machine interfaces to identify alarms and correct line stoppages.Ensure components and products are available for continuous operation.Carry out equipment inspections and generate emergency corrective or preventative work orders.Troubleshoot and identify solutions for mechanical errors, safety issues, or operating inefficiencies.Partner with cross-functional teams to drive improvement opportunities.Use computer systems to support material inventory system SAP transactions and electronic batch records.Oversee equipment/process validation protocols independently.Follow standardized operating procedures including material handling, record keeping, assembly, and packaging while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices.Report any discrepancies to Team Leader or Production Supervisor to maintain quality standards and safety.Train fellow staff on manufacturing processes, equipment, and general skills.Essential SkillsUnderstanding of manufacturing processes.Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).Experience in cleanroom environments.Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).Additional Skills & QualificationsIdeal for entry-level candidates.Flexible schedule and strong work ethic.Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
