·          Receipt of Forecast and business plan from central planning department ·          Allocating the Demand in SAP system for the blade plant ·          Working with production to derive production plan based on the demand requirement ·          Maintaining Production plan in SAP system ·          Responsible for updation of production plan if any in system to ensure correct MRP run takes place. ·          Following up with Procurement for on time material receipt to ensure adherence of production plan ·          Receipt of Dispatch plan from central planning department ·          Ensuring on time readiness of the blades for dispatches according to dispatch plan ·          Ensuring the system adherence within the warehousing function ·          Ensuring on time documentation and physical verification of inward product ·          Adherence of timely material issuance from warehouse to production ·          Ensuring proper placement of material at its definite place ·          Ensuring proper visual management system in warehouse for traceability of the material ·          Inventory management & control by Perpetual inventories, Block stock and Nonmoving inventory analysis ·          On completion of F.G.blade readiness informing central planning department for dispatch movements ·          Receipt of Move orders according to dispatch plan ·          Ensuring proper readiness of the blades for final dispatches including proper caging, cleaning , etc ·          Following up with central logistics department for on time placement of dispatch vehicles ·          Ensuring safe loading of the blades on the vehicles ·          Ensuring proper documentation for dispatches for both blades & towers ·          Ensuring internal movements of the blades according to plant requirements ·          Maintenance of the Finished blades according to logistic quality requirements on frequent intervals ·          MIS & Reports
