Executive - Estimation & Budgeting
Cost Estimation and Budgeting:
Assist in the preparation of project budgets at various stages, including detailed cost estimates and cost summarization.
Conduct quantity take-offs from design drawings and assess cost implications of design changes.
Support the preparation and validation of BOQs for civil and MEPF services.
Assist in rate analysis for BOQ items based on reference data from ongoing projects.
Ensure cost estimates comply with project specifications and budgetary constraints.
Coordination with Cost Consultants:
Work with cost consultants to validate QS and Estimation data for compliance with regional standards.
Identify and rectify discrepancies in QS and Estimation data.
Assist in clarifying bidder queries related to BOQs and quantification.
Track and report on escalation and contingency budget provisions.
Collaboration with Project Teams and Stakeholders:
Support project managers, cost consultants, and billing engineers in cost tracking and reporting.
Ensure adherence to budgeting processes and provide cost-related support to project teams.
Assist in managing cost-related queries, material pricing, and scope changes.

Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
Preferred Industry:
Proven experience in managing project costs, budgets, and cost reporting in a construction or real estate development environment.
Familiarity with construction processes, including GFC drawings, BOQs, change orders, and procurement management.
Experience in managing cost optimization and value engineering efforts at the project level.
