**What You will do**
+ Build strong relationships and demonstrate the **clinical outcomes and benefits of company products** to thought leaders, key opinion leaders (KOLs), medical groups, government agencies, and healthcare systems.
+ Educate and deliver **clinical presentations and product demonstrations** to clinical professors, teaching hospital faculty, residents, and students.
+ Provide **accurate medical and scientific information** to internal teams, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders.
+ Support the **sales team with clinical expertise** to drive appropriate product adoption and usage. Plan and coordinate **continuing medical education (CME) programs, workshops, seminars, and training sessions** for physicians, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals.
+ Respond to **medical and scientific inquiries** to enhance understanding of company products and related clinical topics.
+ Monitor **clinical trends, competitor activities, and emerging scientific evidence** to support business strategy.
+ Lead and manage a team, ensuring **alignment with business goals and performance expectations** .
+ Define **team roles and responsibilities** , provide coaching, and support employee development. Participate in **department planning, resource allocation, and operational execution** .
+ Contribute to **performance management, talent development, and compensation decisions** .
**What you need**
+ Bachelor’s degree in **Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related field** (Advanced degree preferred).
+ Minimum **6 to 8 years of relevant experience** in clinical, medical affairs, or healthcare industry.
+ Prior **team management experience** with demonstrated leadership capability preferred.
+ Strong **clinical knowledge and ability to communicate scientific information effectively** .
+ Excellent **presentation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills & e** xperience working with **KOLs, teaching hospitals, and healthcare institutions** .
+ Strong **leadership, team management, and decision-making skills** .
+ Ability to **manage multiple priorities and work in a cross-functional environment** .
