Description Our client, a well-established Apparel company, is currently looking for an Associate Manager of FP& A to join their dynamic Finance team. In this role you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial success of the organization, while supporting a growing business that reaches customers across North America and beyond. This is more than a behind-the-scenes number crunching role — you’ll collaborate directly with teams across Sales, Supply Chain, and Planning to provide insights, improve forecasting, and influence strategic decisions. + Drive the forecasting, budgeting, and monthly close processes for owned brands. + Analyze and track sales demand, inventory risks, and performance across customers and channels. + Conduct margin and cost analyses at the product, program, and customer level. + Evaluate freight, distribution, and decoration costs to help optimize operations. + Support key initiatives in pricing, product assortment, and go-to-market strategy. + Assist in long-range planning and scenario modeling to guide business growth. + Create and present financial reports and KPI dashboards to internal stakeholders and leadership.
