Associate Manager Logistics

For our recently built manufacturing site in Skawina we are currently looking for an Associate Manager, Logistics. As a Logistics & Supply Chain Lead, you’ll be at the forefront of coordinating end-to-end logistical operations that drive production and service excellence. From supplier management and inventory control to transportation oversight and production planning, you’ll play a critical role in enabling smooth, reliable, and cost-effective supply flows.

What will you do:

Develop and execute logistics strategies to ensure optimal material and product flow across the supply chain.

Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics—including warehousing, transport, and distribution—to ensure timely and efficient delivery.

Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, and increased operational efficiency across the value chain.

Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to optimize lead times, strengthen relationships, and negotiate favorable terms.

Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.

Oversee transportation logistics, including carrier selection, routing, and scheduling.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, warehouse productivity, and operational costs. Take proactive actions to meet and exceed targets.

What do you need:

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.

Proven leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional projects.

Extensive experience within Logistics or Supply Chain, Production, Procurement

Hands-on experience with ERP (SAP) and MES systems.

Strong background in a manufacturing environment.

Fluency in English

Preferred:

Lean, Six Sigma certification

Power BI knowledge​

Travel Percentage: 20%
