Resource Management: Efficiently manage resources, including raw materials, energy, and manpower, to maximize operational efficiency. Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics and process simulation software to monitor and improve production metrics. Maintenance Planning: Develop and oversee preventive maintenance schedules for critical equipment to minimize downtime. Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. Experience: 8-12 years of experience in acetylene production and operations management within the petrochemical industry.
