DO: (Job Description)
Trade Processing – Subscriptions, Redemptions, Switches, Transfers.Ensure full and complete understanding of trade processing end to end cycle, KYC, AML & Due diligenceReview tasks and keep them up-to-date, processing trades accurately within TATEnsure Tracking and closure of all Ageing and Outstanding items in Key MIS ReportsPerform IS Signatory RoleEnsure effective On-the-job training to ensure adequate conceptual understanding within the team. Ensure Cross-training on all accounts to reduce key man risk.Coordinate / Liaise within the team, with other departments & on-shore teams. Also coordinate with share registry group to build share registries, client fund parameters and proper statement productionImplement controls to eliminate operational / processing errors, and client/investor confidentiality breaches by the teamLead and supervise the team and their work effectivelyDisplay: (Desired Skills)
Graduate/PGDBA/MBA or EquivalentGood Communication skillsAnalytical approach towards the process flowRelevant work experience in financial servicesPrior Experience and knowledge in transfer agency is desirableAbility to handle trade volumes and train new team members.Team handling / Feedback and MonitoringDeliver (Goals)
