Your new role
As an Associate Manager for our Warehouse GMP Support team anchored in Business Support, you will lead a team of 6-8 people in Gentofte. You will be part of a leadership team that consist of 2 other Associate Managers, a GMP coordinator and a Senior Manager.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
Ensure compliance with GMP and handling of deviations. Support warehouse operations with projects, continuous improvement and securing stable delivery of high-quality products in a very regulated production environment. Build and maintain stakeholder relationships, ensuring high level of support. Coach your team and develop new solutions to enhance performance and well-being. Drive and role model Lean mindset
You will have the opportunity to establish, serve and lead your team into an exciting future of Warehouse 4.0. You will be responsible for developing essential skills in your team to tackle any business challenge that comes your way. This also includes recruiting talents, onboarding new team members, providing comprehensive training, and building a high-performing team that's ready to take on our future opportunities and challenges in our production in Gentofte. The team members are primarily situated locally near our stakeholders to understand what adds value and makes a difference, so you will spend most of your time on shopfloor, leading and coaching your team.

You will be a part of our Business Support department in Aseptic Manufacturing in Gentofte. You will join a diverse and high-performing team with different business experience levels. We use our varying experience to identify gaps and propose high-quality solutions which ensures continuous improvement and development of the processes and the organisation. As a team we prioritise time for sparring, knowledge sharing and are always willing to give each other a helping hand if needed. Your skills and qualifications
The most important qualification is your passion for people and drive to develop a great team with high engagement and performance.
To succeed in this position, you have:
A BSc or MSc degree related to Life Science or Engineering Preferably 2-3 years of a leadership experience but new leaders or someone aspiring to become a leader could also be relevant Experience from production or QA. Experience with GMP, competence development and LEAN. Professional proficiency in English and Danish
Solid experience in change management, as well as excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills are essential to this position as well. On a personal level, you have a leadership style based on trust, and mutual respect and value a fun and inclusive working environment. You have a natural talent for building a supportive environment where everyone works well together, motivates each other, and fosters personal and professional growth.
