Main responsibilities:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple corporate campus cafeterias. This role is pivotal in ensuring a consistent, high-quality dining experience that supports employee satisfaction and well-being. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in food service management, a passion for customer service, and the ability to lead diverse teams in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
Supervise and coordinate daily cafeteria operations across assigned corporate campuses Lead, train, and motivate on-site cafeteria teams to deliver exceptional service and maintain high morale Work with café external partners to build budgets and own submission during ERP annual planning Analyze sales and operational data to identify trends and promptly implement improvements Support budgeting, forecasting and cost control initiatives Be the customer facing associate to handle customer feedback and resolve service issues promptly and professionally Support and ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations at all locations Collaborate with external partners to plan menus that reflect seasonal offerings and dietary needs Partner with Director in owning budget for and coordinate preventative maintenance program of all assets and equipment within the kitchen and café areas Partner with internal teams to intake and coordinate catering services delivery Partner with the department Director to manage outsourced contracts across portfolio This role requires regular travel between corporate campuses and requires flexibility to support operations during peak hours, including early mornings or occasional evenings.The position will be based in Boise ID.
We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in food service or hospitality management, with at least 2 years in multi-site supervisory role Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams across locations Strong understanding of food safety standards Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with POS and inventory management systems Detail oriented associate with no challenge is too big mindsetWe also provide a variety of benefits including:
