Associate manager- Civil - Projects
Roles and Responsibilities: Lead and manage civil engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and contractors to coordinate project activities. Oversee site inspections, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Prepare project reports, progress updates, and risk assessments for stakeholders and senior management. Manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and contracts. Conduct regular meetings with project teams to track progress, address challenges, and identify opportunities for improvement. Provide technical expertise and guidance on civil engineering designs and construction methods. Ensure effective resource allocation and utilization to optimize project outcomes. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in civil engineering. Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. Proficiency in civil engineering principles, practices, and standards. Education Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Experience:

10-15 years of experience in the Power/Energy industry.
