The Associate Manager Talent Acquisition will lead and coordinate the Talent Acquisition team for Associate level positions across North America and Mexico including TA Admins Analysts. This role involves guiding and managing team efforts to ensure alignment with defined processes.  The Associate Manager will be accountable for achieving recruitment metrics, Keeping continuous communication with IGS Leaders, CoE and stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities:

Teams Coordination: - Lead the efforts of the Talent Acquisition processes to ensure the delivery of results.Metrics Accountability: – Ensure the team understands and meets defined recruitment metrics, maintain data integrity and ensure consistent utilization of systems and trackers across areas for compliance and reporting monthly results within and outside the IGS.Escalations: Aid in managing the resolution of Talent Acquisition escalated inquiries. Triage and escalate selected inquiries involving the IGS Leads or CoE and assist with resolution as necessary.Stakeholder Relationships: - Proactively manage relationships with other areas in IGS, HRBP’s and IGS leaders to attend escalations validate RCA’s and support the team to eliminate barriers.Talent Development: - Tracking team performance and capacity making necessary adjustments or training to achieve goals. Encourage and support talent growth within the company, promoting career development opportunities for employees and guiding them to develop new skills.Market Trend Awareness: Stay informed about talent market trends and TA team challenges to work with relevant stakeholders to explore and execute new practices and initiatives to ensure competitive and effective recruitment strategies ensuring alignment with business needs.Continuous Improvement Collaborate with the CoE, IGS Leaders and vendors to implement continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing Talent Acquisition processes and outcomes. Lead and follow up about TA documents (SOPs)Content Management: Share relevant Talent Acquisition content with Content Maintenance Services Professional to maintain knowledge articles updated into the portal site.

Qualified candidates will have:

Mandatory requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree required. Major in business, organizational psychology, or HRAdvanced verbal/written English & Spanish communication skills5+ year of Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 2 years managing a team of recruitersProven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines.Strong attention to detail and timeliness/drive for results.Ability to foster teamwork and collaboration.Ability to analyze data and draw impactful conclusions

Desirable requirements:

Experience working in Global companies, ideally in union manufacturing, food, or chemicalExperience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday and/or SNOW or similar)Travel as needed by the business.  American Visa could be requested.Business-acumen, natural curiosity and an understanding of evolving recruiting trends
