Role Summary
Own APAC CFS service delivery, continuous improvement (CI), and digital automation to drive reliable operations, stakeholder engagement, and business outcomes across the APAC region. Lead governance cadences (MOR/QBR), embed change management (OCM), and scale automation to standardize and simplify finance processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Service Delivery & Governance
Build and execute APAC CFS service delivery plans; run Monthly Operations Reviews, and maintain strong two-way engagement within operational teams.
• Continuous Improvement (CI)
Lead the APAC CI program and pipeline (ideation → delivery); drive standardization and simplification; chair monthly CI forums with tower CI champions; run quarterly CI sharing and awards; ensure CI targets are achieved.
• Business Communication & Engagement
Plan quarterly town halls and newsletters; coordinate surveys and share results with action plans; sustain hub–business partnerships and GENPACT engagement.
• Project & Change (OCM)
Provide OCM leadership for finance transformation; facilitate workshops; drive adoption and behavioral change; leverage OCM workbench/templates and share best practices through the CoP.
• Capability & Training
Define and deliver the annual training roadmap (all-hands and tower-level); uplift process knowledge and ways of working.
• RDA / Digital Automation
Act as APAC RDA Pod Lead: manage a virtual developer team; run the automation lifecycle (discovery, business case, build, test, deploy, documentation); champion digital tools across APAC; showcase solutions and drive adoption. RDA experience as a developer is preferred.
