Associate Manager, Revenue (Remote)

As Associate Manager, Revenue at Stryker, you will support a dynamic revenue environment, ensure compliance with ASC 606, and partner cross-functionally to drive operational excellence. What You Will Do

Administer the RevPro revenue recognition system, ensuring accurate data flow and proper revenue treatment across complex transactions.Partner with IT and Finance Systems teams to troubleshoot issues, test enhancements, and implement system improvements that increase automation and reporting accuracy.Prepare and review revenue, deferred revenue, and related reconciliations to support monthly and quarterly close timelines.Support deal reviews for complex revenue arrangements, providing insight and guidance to ensure contract compliance.Maintain standalone selling price (SSP) analyses and support internal and external audit requirements.Support month‑end and quarter‑end close activities, delivering accurate and timely revenue reporting.Execute and enhance Sarbanes‑Oxley (SOX 404) controls, ensuring audit readiness and control effectiveness.Participate in special projects including system implementations, acquisition integrations, and revenue process redesign initiatives.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.Minimum six years of professional experience in accounting or finance.Experience with U.S. GAAP and ASC 606.Experience analyzing large datasets.

Preferred Qualifications

CPA or equivalent professional certification.Experience in hardware/software revenue accounting.Experience using SAP and RevPro revenue systems.

$89,300 - $193,400 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
