Associate Manager, Revenue Operations (Hybrid)

*This is a hybrid position, with the expectation of the candidate to be on-site at our Portage, MI office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.

The Asssociate Manager, Revenue Operations manages and owns execution of Stryker’s Emergency Care Revenue Operations team.  Responsible for designing, developing, and delivering excellence in Revenue Operations through individual contributions, team performance, and cross-functional influence.  Efforts each day should be directed toward advancing sales performance, optimizing revenue forecasting, aligning GQO and commercial strategies, and improving overall business performance through the strategic use of process enhancements, technology, and best practices. 

What you will do:

Responsible for leading Emergency Care Revenue Operations team consisting of direct reports (Sales Operations Analyst(s))Run the talent offense: attract, develop, engage, and align employees. This includes setting clear and meaningful goals, establishing and sharing expectations, and delivering frequent performance feedback.Must be capable of working with and influencing executive levels, internally and externally, to identify opportunities to maximize business effectivenessResponsible for understanding the overall health of the Emergency Care business, specifically monthly/quarterly/annual revenue targets, performance, and forecasting to achieve Stryker Medical divisional fiscal goals Must partner with internal/external partners to execute end-to-end order management to ensure financial predictability and delivery of ‘right product at right time’ Responsible for business's day-to-day operations of orders, shipments, lead times, pushouts, and capital exceptions.Will support multiple manufacturing facilities across Emergency Care portfolio – Kalamazoo MI, Redmond, WA, and Contract Manufacturers Define, educate, develop, and implement sales tools to help streamline Emergency Care's financial resultsWill partner with Trials/Inventory management team to ensure: Inventory stocking strategies, reconciliation, compliance, and budgetWill be responsible for the management and development support of current and long-term strategy of Emergency Care Made to Stock portfolio Will be responsible for Emergency Care Secondary Market/CPO Sales business, including but not limited to: pricing, inventory management, trial-to-sale cycle, sales promotions, order entry, and delivery executionWork with Emergency Care business functions specific to Demand Planning (Forecasting), Product Life Cycle Management, and Product LaunchesWill partner with internal partners to communicate effectively to Emergency Care Sales Force in regard to item(s) such as: Lead Times, Back Order, Supply Constraints, and Quality Commercial HoldsResponsible for the Emergency Care weekly and month-end process for Revenue forecasting and managing monthly/quarterly/year finish resultsPartner with Sales Operational Data Analytics functions to provide tools, dashboards, and sales-facing processes to enable the execution of the fiscal goals of Medical division Engage customer(s) to support Sales force as needed relative to inquiries surrounding orders, delivery timing, reporting, data requests, contract pricing, and commercial operations Ownership of evaluating overall revenue risk to the Emergency Care business and effectively communicating to executive leadership Support/plan of implementation of field product improvements and stock product enhancements Partner with Sales Support in end-to-end order management, entry process, and customer delivery date expectations

What you need:

6+ years of relevant work experience requiredBachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related discipline requiredMust be highly skilled in MS Office, SAP or related ERP system, and Inventory Management with extensive experience compiling reports from various data sources with demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data

Preferred:

MBA preferredTeam leadership experienceIntermediate understanding of business strategy, financial strategy, logistical/operational practices, and data analyticsAbility to determine downstream effects of process changes, and provide appropriate recommendationsAdvanced computer skills with high-functioning knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI

Travel Percentage: 10%
