As the Associate Manager, R&D, you will oversee the development, engagement, and collaboration of your direct reports on the R&D our Inari Business Unit. You will lead the R&D Operations team comprising of personnel in the R&D Lab, Machine Shop, 3D Printing areas.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Biomedical Engineering6+ years of experience in Mechanical Engineering or Biomedical EngineeringPreferred Qualifications:
>1 year of people management experienceAspiring people leader with the ability to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback while developing skills in managing team performance.Exposure to talent and performance management strategies, with interest in building high-performing and engaged teams.Strong communicator, capable of clearly presenting plans and technical information across functions while fostering collaboration.Proven ability to deliver complex programs and business objectives on time, on quality, and within budget, with a growing understanding of the healthcare market and competitive landscape.$100k - $190k salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
