What You Will Be Doing
Key Responsibilities
Manages procedures and team workload and carries out supervisory duties and ensures execution of the standard and global quote process. Responsible for writing, maintaining, and adoption of standard quote operating procedures. Verifies the adoption of SOPs to collect information for improvement, training, and development.Interviews and trains new employees and set team priorities and goals and participates in talent development and completion of performance appraisals. Involved in salary and merit discussions as well as disciplinary actions.Data entry of customer quotes into Arrow's IQ and Sales Desktop system, including data manipulation and advanced Excel formatting. Note and learn strategic nuances for specific accounts to assist SMR in determining quote strategy. Monitor quote process daily to advise and remind SMR's of quote response deadlines and manage and maintain quote log.Manage coordination and execution of strategic/global customer quotes.Job Complexity
