Associate Manager, Quality Operations Assurance
Working within MENA region the Quality Operations Assurance, Associate Manager provides dedicated support and training to Key Accounts and Indirect Channels to develop and maintain the quality standards and processes pertaining to handling and inspecting Stryker assets located in our partners facilities. The role shall support the 3rd parties to adhere to Stryker quality requirements for providing best in class service to our customers and also be the liaison between Operations and RAQA department to ensure quality of services. The key stakeholders will be the General Managers in MENA, local Asset Teams, Finance Managers, Key accounts in UAE and Saudi, Indirect Channels/Distributors, EEMEA Operations team, SOP owners. **What you will do:** Design and Develop Training Programs + Tailor training programs for Key accounts to accommodate regional quality requirements of handling Stryker assets, while ensuring alignment with global standards. + Develop sustainable relevant material to drive assets quality in the field + Continuous development of new materials as per market trends Implementation & Oversight + Strategic roll out training across key accounts and indirect channel market warehouses. + Oversee the execution with focus on UAE and Saudi, and monitor effectiveness of training initiatives, ensuring full compliance with ISO, and Stryker standards. + Ensure new employees handling Stryker assets are fully trained Support Operational Excellence focused on safety and quality of our assets + Providing guidelines and management, ensuring all assets are properly maintained, operated and optimized + Conduct regular reviews to ensure adherence to kitting protocols and asset handling procedures. + Provide hands-on support to teams during initial roll-out. + Regular reviews of assets being required in the field and ensure proper training of asset management prior to launching new systems in the area + Review the consignment write-offs and disposal and product replacements for kits quality. Stakeholder Collaboration + Liaise with internal stakeholders including Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Regional Operations to align goals and ensure seamless integration of compliance requirements. + Serve as a point of contact and support for indirect market partners in understanding and implementing best practices. + Collaborating with commercial and marketing function to understand market trends and launch of new systems, ensuring operational quality readiness + Identifying and mitigating risks associated with the assets under your control. This will include developing emergency plans and ensuring that all necessary insurance policies are in place. + Play an active role in the EEMEA Operations team as we strive to implement a world class assets focused on safety and quality + Build, liaise and maintain relationships and collaborates with colleagues across functions (Operations, Finance, etc.), divisions (Sales, Marketing) and leadership, leading or participating in cross-functional projects Performance Tracking & Reporting + Develop and Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to training, compliance rates, and kitting accuracy. + Monitor the customer complains related to assets quality management and implement preventive measurements + Report regularly to senior leadership on training progress, and compliance gaps. + Proactively manage ‘pending kits’ and provide visibility to the business for accelerating deployment or decommissioning of kits. **What you need** **Required:** + University degree or similar + 6+years experience in operations or logistics or quality and regulatory roles + Experience in Quality/Regulatory roles and/or Assets Management + Fluent in both spoken and written EnglishExperience in training and onboarding people + Experience with continuous improvement and change management. + Drive SOP alignment and standardization + Proven excellent communication skills. + Relationship building experience across divisions. + High integrity and ethics to drive quality and safety in the region. **Preferred:** + Experience in international environment + Experience creating training materials Stryker is a global leader in medical technologies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better.
