Position Definition (Key Purpose of the Position):
You will support the execution of PO management process including PO creation, handling exceptions and overseeing the completion of order change request for your country. This role requires ability to work collectively with Brand Operation Teams in the four regions (NORA, CASA, APAC & EMEA) and Vendors ensuring deliveries are met on time, and the team maintains an effective and timely communication with key stakeholders.
You will be responsible for executing the PO management process in order to ensure a smooth and effective buying process. You will support a sustainable performance management cycle while providing relevant and accurate data, highlighting risks and opportunities, for internal and external stakeholders, and manage systems for effective KPI reporting/production tracking tools to provide effective visibility to Brand & Regions.
As a People Leader, you will be accountable on guiding your Team members by giving timely, constructive feedback and coaching.
Key Result Areas:
Own & drive the execution of PO management process including purchase order creation (where applicable) and change memo issuing in accordance with business requirements
Supervise team in execution of weekly exception and unconfirmed PO’s ensuring the timely execution of actions to resolve issues and maintain CRD dates. Provide guidance to team members as appropriate
Collaborate with Global Material Supply, QA and vendors to ensure on time deliveries and escalation of reporting where required
Partner with VF Logistics and Vendors to optimize delivery times ensuring on time delivery
Measure factory KPIs and ensure that Vendor scorecards are maintained
Build, maintain and elevate factory audit activities (where applicable)
Ensure detailed analytics with clear action points is prepared on a continuous basis including production tracking tools to provide effective visibility to Brand & Regions
Manage Factory Ledger (where applicable), ensure current year running balances are settled by the end of the fiscal year
Act as a change agent/ambassador throughout the Product Supply and Supply Chain organization by building trust with various levels in the organization, communicate clearly and consistently business objectives and management vision.
Support Direct Line Manager in building a sustainable organization that is empowered, passionate and meets or exceeds business performance expectations
Provide feedback, coaching and mentoring to Team members for personal development, growth and opportunity. Ensure a clear succession plan is in place for Managers and above
Supports Team members on their development needs by providing ideas for development opportunities and internal mobility

Functional Competencies –
Excellent English (writing and speaking) skills. Cantonese and/or Mandarin a plus.

Supply Chain Planning and Retail Knowledge preferred
KPI management
Actively provide input on planning system transformation, for example S2A (Supply Chain Platform), demonstrating business acumen and constructing resource implication plan.
Experience
Minimum Relevant Experience: Experience in planning, with ideally some exposure to manufacturing and/or consumer goods such as apparel, footwear or equipment
Minimum Supervisory Experience: Leading teams and organizations
Academic Qualifications
Minimum Degree Held: University Degree in BA, Bachelor or Master level
Subject Expert In: Operations, Supply Chain, International Business
Certifications Required:
