The Associate Manager, ProCare Operations provides operational, talent, and process management to the ProCare operational support teams; consisting of internal and external ProCare, Technical Support and Depot Services to ensure achievement of divisional business goals. **What you will do:** + Responsible for leading, managing and developing direct reports + Identify and executed process improvements to enhance the customer experience from an operational perspective + Identify gaps that exist between our customers’ and our internal or external operations processes + Work directly with reps, technicians, and customers to create custom solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations + Be Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all ProCare operating procedures and work instructions + Generate and/or lead projects to enhance ProCare operations + Support centralized and decentralized training + Generate reporting and/or collect and rollup data **What you need:** Required: + Bachelor’s degree + 6+ years of related experience Preferred: + 2+ years leadership/supervisory experience + Medical device, or Networking or IT troubleshooting experience Health benefits include: Medical and prescription drug insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, critical illness insurance, accident insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, personalized healthcare support, wellbeing program and tobacco cessation program.
