Associate Manager, Measurement and Advanced Analytics

Our Beauty & Wellbeing Business Group is reinventing how we connect with consumers, creating demand for our products through digital-first, culturally-led activations that drive desire. In the US, this vision is brought to life through some of the world’s most loved and trusted beauty brands: Dove, TRESemme, Nexxus, SheaMoisture and Vaseline. 

As an Associate Manager, Advanced Analytics, you will be the primary analytics partner for your assigned brands. In this position, you will lead campaign measurement, performance reporting, and insight generation for all paid media activity. Additionally, you'll connect data signals to brand strategy and collaborate with Media, Creative, Planning, Retail, and Agency partners to drive stronger results. 

As a hands-on-keyboard analyst, you will manage campaign setup requirements, reporting workflows, and conduct deeper performance diagnosis to ensure brands have accurate, timely, and actionable insights across channels. In this critical role, you'll ensure each brand has a highly customized view of media effectiveness and optimization opportunities.  

Location: Hoboken, NJ (Hybrid)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

​​Execute and continuously advance media measurement, including the setup and reporting for campaigns, ROI analysis, attribution, and evaluation of campaign effectiveness. ​Develop data-driven insights and actions that translate analytics into clear business narratives and recommendations. ​Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on measurement projects, custom studies, and KPI development. ​Support the development, automation, and evangelization of data inputs/outputs and dashboards. ​Stay current on trends in media measurement, analytics tools, and industry best practices ​Manage relationships with agencies and vendors as needed. ​Partners with Data Engineering for data and dashboard support, and with Advanced Analytics for applying advanced methods. Does not own data pipeline or model development.​ 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 

​​4+ years of experience in media analytics, market research, or related fields. ​Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree a plus. ​Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), Excel, and basic coding (SQL, Python preferred).  ​Experience with media measurement, campaign analytics, and data storytelling. ​Strong analytical, problem-solving, storytelling, and communication skills. ​Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects. ​ 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 

​​Prior usage of major media platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, and others, with experience leveraging data from these channels for campaign reporting and optimization. ​Awareness of digital marketing measurement tools (e.g., MMM, Attribution, Brand Health, Lift/Incrementality Testing, Data Clean Rooms) ​Experience with data visualization (Power BI) and basic coding tools (SQL, Python).​ 

Pay: The pay range for this position is $86,000 to $129,150. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.  

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
