We are looking for an associate manager to join the Latin America & Caribbean CMP (Customer Marketing & Product) team to lead the overall marketing integration efforts across Categories, Brand & Comms and Digital Customer Experience and leading strategic marketing planning processes. In addition, the associate manager will drive all CMP data, analytics & insights and reporting processes, contributing to our regional marketing intelligence and operations capabilities. The ideal candidate will be passionate for international business and culture, service, and execution oriented, and will have experience supporting internal and external initiatives and stakeholders. This job contributes to Starbucks success by developing, optimizing, and executing on key elements of our go-to-market process to achieve our goal of customer-centered marketing across all channels. This role will be responsible for ensuring marketing strategies are brought to life through highly effective planning and execution of the go-to-market development, deployment and delivery process in partnership with marketing strategists and other cross-functional team members. This position will also influence individuals and teams to adopt new ways of work that deliver agility, continuous improvement, improved collaboration, and a growth mindset to our marketing operations practice, enabling us to scale initiatives effectively and efficiently in region. As an associate manager, Marketing Operations, you will… Be responsible for the execution of project deliverables and timelines. Coordinate approcals and CMP organization production and integration.Develop and update integrated plans that include deliverables, strategic alignment, regional impacts, milestones, risks, assumptions, constraints and overall investment.Recommend solution approaches for campaign execution leveraging existing tools & capabilities.Provide input into operational business requirements for the development of new processes, capabilities, tools and systems. Participate in the validation of new capabilities, features and tools. Develop and execute marketing value-add reports and dashboards, regularly providing strategic and data-driven recommendations to achieve or exceed plan.Facilitate regional research, analytics & insights, and ad-hoc projects. You will contribute to short- and long-term category, brand, and digital strategies through a blend of analytics, consumer and competitive insights, and markets and partner considerations.Identify operational improvement opportunities and improve existing processes with support.Lead/support department budget definition and management, and other ad-hoc projects.Enjoy working on an energetic, fun team and have a clear ability to drive the business forward as part of a highly collaborative team, while acting in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
