We're looking for an Associate Manager, Growth Marketing to report to the Senior Growth Manager and drive multiple online channels primarily focusing on Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Affiliate and Display. Success in this role hinges on your ability to manage campaigns end-to-end, apply critical thinking, and adapt swiftly to the dynamic subscription landscape. You will be immersed in a fast-paced and high-performing environment from day one.
You will… Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns from concept to completion across multiple online channels, with a strong focus on SEM (Google, Bing), Affiliate and Display. Handle the day-to-day execution and optimization of paid search campaigns, including keyword research, bid management, budget allocation, A/B testing across all dimensions (creatives, landing pages, etc). Manage and grow affiliate program across different types of partners. Drive affiliate strategy & execution: partner mix optimization, pricing and offer approach, asset production and campaign management. Scout for new opportunities, support testing and development of new channels. Utilize data-driven insights to continuously optimize campaign performance, driving improvements in micro & macro KPIs, optimizing towards ROI and growth targets. Own campaign performance reporting and analysis, providing actionable insights, highlighting key trends, and identifying strategic opportunities. Support implementation of automation solutions. Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of campaigns. A seasoned marketing professional with a deep passion for performance marketing channels A highly pragmatic, inquisitive, geared to action individual A natural collaborator Highly creative, with a proven ability to conceptualize and bring to life new themes and concepts Data-native, an expert in A/B tests A strategic thinker, able to break down big initiatives into smaller milestones and work methodologically to reach your goals At a minimum, you have... BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field with a strong academic record 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally with some experience in the subscription space Extensive hands-on experience managing SEM and Affiliate campaigns from concept to execution Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills A track record of successfully operating and optimizing channels at scale Superior time management, organizational, and project management skills High proficiency in Google Ads Manager & Google Analytics Experience in Commission Junction is a plus Basic proficiency in SQL. Experience with Tableau or Adobe suite is an advantage Experience with Photoshop, Sketch, Figma or any other photo editing software is a plus.
