As Associate Manager within our Global Inventory Center of Excellence (COE), you’ll oversee a sub-team responsible for key technical accounting processes, collaborate across functions, and contribute to strategic initiatives that shape our global inventory operations. What You Will Do

Lead technical accounting for inventory topics including Gross Inventory, GRNI/GIT, E&O reserves, Costing/Revaluation, UPI, PPV, and Loaner InstrumentationManage month-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate journal entries, reconciliations, and compliance with corporate policiesReview and approve complex journal entries and support compliance activities including SOX-related controlsCollaborate with Divisional Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Global Finance Service Centers to align accounting processes and resolve issuesBuild, manage, and develop a small team of accounting professionals, setting objectives and conducting performance reviewsSupport internal and external audits by ensuring documentation and controls are accurate, timely, and completeDrive process improvements and contribute to system implementations, transitions, and integrationsProvide input for forecasting and planning processes within the Inventory COE

What You Will Need

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalentMinimum 6 years of experience in Audit, Accounting, or FinanceFluent in EnglishExperience with inventory accounting topicsFamiliarity with SOX compliance requirements

Preferred

Master’s degree in Accounting or FinanceExperience researching and applying GAAPExperience with SAP or Oracle ERP systemsTeam management experienceAdditional language skills (Polish or Dutch)

Travel Percentage: 10%
